OUR TEAM
We are a privately held company that was established in the year 1994 in Indore, India by professionals educated and trained in USA. We began our activities with custom software development for local businesses. Since 1999, however, our focus has been exclusively our clients in USA, Europe and Australia, offering them quality Everest Customization and Support Services, Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimizations (SEO) Services, Back Office Data/Image Services and other Software Development Services. We have been Microsoft® Certified Partner for over ten years and our software development team consists of technically qualified and experienced IT professionals many of whom are certified by Microsoft® in their respective disciplines. Our BPO /Data team consists of computer literate graduates who are proficient in English. All BPO candidates undergo thorough training before each project, to ensure a complete understanding of the client's business processes.
HOW DOES OUTSOURCING RELATIONSHIP WORK?
Managing an outsourcing relationship with us is simple. We can work with you on a project-to-project basis or alternately we can dedicate employees and resources exclusively for your work. We typically assign a project manager, who is responsible for all communications with his counterpart within your organization. Communication between the two is normally via email or online chat or phone or our incident system. You always remain in full control of your project as you can monitor the on going progress.
