This job requires designing and developing custom software solutions for our overseas clients using Microsoft Technologies, enhancing the capabilities of the Everest ERP and building custom modules. The team leader will work on multiple projects and lead small teams. Regular client interaction is an integral part of the job. For this job, clear understanding of business/industry processes and good analytical skills are needed as the team leader will be responsible from creating project specifications as per clients' requirements to delivering results in a timely manner.

This job requires taking complete responsibility of multiple ongoing projects of developing custom software solutions for our overseas clients using Microsoft Technologies. Many projects require implementation and customization of Everest ERP; For this job, thorough understanding of different industry processes, business practices & logics, excellent analytical and problem solving skills are required. The Project Manager will supervise all technical aspects of the projects - from understanding the clients' requirements to creating project specifications to designing robust database structures to ensuring top quality coding standards and timely execution plus post delivery support of the software solutions. The right person for this job would be technically very sound, performance driven and quality conscious who will build, evaluate and motivate the team of 30+ developers.
